Windows 10: When I'm trying to connect my laptop to the internet and run my network. Diagnostics...

My laptop won't let me connect to the internet. Then I run network. God nastics, it says you're connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test. How can I turn it off to get my internet restored

    Ipconfig/renew
    and hit
    Enter.

    Exit.

Windows network diagnostics is version 1.0 and won't connect to Internet

How do I fix Windows network Diagnostics

run the Network troubleshooter

Select the Start button > Settings > Network & Internet > Status.

under - Change your network settings > select "Network troubleshooter"

Follow the steps in the : Troubleshooter and see. if that fixes the problem.

Wins 8 'cause is hidden : use this method instead..

To start the Windows Network Diagnostics..

1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard.
   
2. Type Control Panel.
   
3. Select Network and Internet.
   
4. Now select Network and Sharing Center.
   
5. Click Troubleshoot problems.
   
6. Select Internet Connections.
   

Follow the prompt to have. The Troubleshooter fix the issue

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
