Windows 10: When in most applications my mouse and screen flickers.

As it's said in the title, my mouse and screen flickers. In a game, it looks like lag. But it happens every 2 seconds or so. And after I close my game, my desktop icons have moved, almost as though I've changed TVs. I've looked at ways of fixing it, but nothing has so far worked. I've reinstalled my drivers, made sure they're up to date, installed different drivers, but nothing has yet worked. It happens in almost all of my applications, even when I'm browsing the web. Of my games, only Minecraft and The Powder Toy are affected, but I think that it's because they aren't fullscreen as a de

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

Flickering Mouse pointer in Asus X550LA

To address the flickering, we suggest that you rollback the driver of your mouse, you may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R on the desktop screen.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
• Expand the category you want and right click on the driver and select properties.
• Navigate to driver tab and click on RollBack driver.
