Windows 10: when Installing windows 11 version 23h2 stuck at 62%

So, I have a question on why the installation process got stuck at 62% when was installing fine a few seconds ago? this is the only concern I have. It has been doing the same thing for a couple of months now. No matter how fast or slow the internet service is, always gets stuck at 62%
