    Hello, I have this issue when I startup my computer and try to log in, this is what happens first:1 You are offline try being online first2 Despite typing correct PIN it says: Cannot verify your credentials, then: Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0xc000005e3 Cannot reset my PIN through windows account 4 When trying to restart it it results in bluescreen: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO, I've already tried following fixes: Running in safe mode, I ran: "chkdsk C: /f /r /x", these only resulted in bluescreen. I already tried fixing my boot through bootre

    You credentials could not be verfied problem

    I have problem when i entre pin code it give me message say your credentials could not be verfied and i cant entre to safe mode by shift and restart and either force windows to get repair mode and cant boot from usb

    User Profile cannot be loaded

    Click on ok and it takes me back to sign in again, the same thing happens on repeat?

    What to do from here?

    Credentials could not be verified. Something went wrong. Status: 0xc000006d. Substatus: 0xc0070016.

    Having same issue, except when I restart in safe mode, it comes up at same login requesting a PIN

    When I enter PIN, I get ‘something went wrong and you PIN isn’t available (status: 0xc000006d, sub status: 0x0). Restart your device to see if that fixes your problem.

    It does not fix the problem.
