Windows 10: When media creation tool win11 24h2 will be available ?

Hey,I have a question, as I need to reinstall win11 to quit microsoft's insider program. The issue is that I don't want my softwares, datas or parameters to be deleted, so the best solution was to make a support installation media on a usb device, but the version of this installation media is on win11 23h2 and my computer is on 24h2.I already tried to reinitialize win11 even though I knew that it would delete my software, but my data will be safe, but after the automatic reboot there was an error and nothing was modified.So when does the media creation tool win11 24h2 will be available ? O
