Windows 10: When my laptop battery is low, the charger turn on and off continuously when the laptop is on

    When my laptop battery is low, the charger turn on and off continuously when the laptop is on


    When I powered off the laptop, it charges normally. Even when the battery is more than 70, it can still happen. Please help
