Windows 10: when Outlook prevents the task bar from being auto hidden

when Outlook is active, it frequently stops the task bar from being auto hidden. i have to go to task manager and right click on explorer and "restart"

When you try to search Outlook through search, if the Outlook app/program is not found on PC, it redirects you to web. Outlook Mail app can be search and Pin to task bar through Start menu. To search and pin the Mail app on Task bar, kindly follow the below

• Right click on the Mail app icon and click or tap on

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
