Windows 10: when playing games i have random things that kick me off. bottom left somtimes says waiting...

can somone help me please... when iam playing games i get random things pop up that kick me of my game. bottom left corner somtimes says waiting for website .. and also internet will pop up and then go. its like a virus but i have no threats

Games kicking me out!!!!

Every time I try to play a game that I downloaded from the Windows 10 store, it either freezes after a couple minutes when I play it or it just kicks me out. What do I need to do to fix this or should I just reinstall Windows 8 and say the hell with it????
