Windows 10: When playing games I lose USB connection with my keyboard and mouse CONSTANTLY!

I have owned my computer for a couple of years and this issue has happened sporadically however it has become a MAJOR issue over the last week. I will be playing a game or doing a zoom meeting and my USB devices will start disconnecting and reconnecting over and over again. The sound plays and I will lose my ability to use my mouse or a button will stay pressed as the USB device loses connection and then reconnect in a few seconds. PLEASE HELP!I have used the WINDOWS RELIABILITY MONITOR and it shows constant USB failures. I have Uninstalled my USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller once. There ap

I suggest you to connect the USB Keyboard and Mouse to a different USB port and check if it works.

Also, plug your USB Keyboard and Mouse to a different system and check if it works.

No keyboard or mouse usb

Hello guy’s and gals, I was able to fix my mouse and keyboard issue, seems that they were not making a full connection, don’t know why that happened, when I first booted up , seems I had to really force the connections for keyboard and mouse USB Iinto the MB USB port,all is working now , thanks for everyone suggestions
