Windows 10: When playing games my computer will like frame freeze for a little and it happens alot.

I have a ryzen 9 5900x 7900xt64gb of ddr4000 ramI've updated graphic drivers, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi drivers restart system settings. Reset bios taken out parts and tested them in other builds with no problems.I think I need a way of restoring windows or something like that.

computer freezes when trying to play games

Hello im am having trouble with my computer not sure what happened but i cant start games everytime i do my computer freezes and i have to power down, i have been getting alot of blue screen errors ive tried everything i can think of including memory scans,
cpu scans everything but it all comes back normal im open to any suggestions to fix this problem its very frustrating.

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

Computer freezes when playing games on second monitor

I have a Lenovo Z710 laptop that has two GPUs: an NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M and the Intel integrated graphics. When I don't have a second monitor hooked up to my laptop, games run without any issues; if I hook up the second monitor through VGA it runs fine until I start playing a game, and my computer freezes completely to the point where I have to force it to restart. It's never instant - sometimes it takes one hour for the freeze to happen - sometimes only 20 minutes.

It seems like the freeze happens only when I'm using GT745M GPU while second monitor is connected to laptop. GPU drivers are up to date and I don't know what else to do to troubleshoot this problem.
