Windows 10: When pluging my HDTV, Honeywell Autura television into my laptop via USB C to VGA; USB not...

I get this code, USB\VID_0000&PID_0001\5&4c209fd&0&16 whenpluging my hdtv, Honeywell Autura television into my laptop with a usb c to vga chord to use as a second monitor and it says that its not recognized. What can I do about this problem? I already unistalled, reinstalled, checked for updates, re-booted,placed code: msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic into the Powershell. All I come up with is I am using the best driver I can use but my usb does not recognize this driver. I can only assume that there may be an updated driver out here somwhere that is not in Windows 11 properties.

USB-C adaptor

I have recently purchased an HP laptop with windows 10 software. The laptop deos not have a VGA point, and as I often use projectors with VGA adaptors I purchased an apple USB-C to VGA adaptor thats connects via the USB - C socket on the side of the laptop.
Unfortunately it keeps saying display connection is limited. Sadly it does not connect and display the VGA connection.

Any thoughts/suggestions welcome?
