Windows 10: when pressing my control key it disable my keys like w a s d

When pressing control my wads keys doesn't workBasically, every key that doesn't have shorts cut with control doesn't work when pressing control. For example, while tipping or playing games like Minecraft when pressing control keys with no shortcut just doesn't work.Hopefully this makes since

Does it stop right at the Toshiba logo and sit there? Will it sit forever til you press a key, or will it eventually work after so long?

 

FN key always on

To clarify, I was saying "Accessibility" features maybe be controlled via the BIOS, not the Fn keys. And one of the Accessibility features makes the keys "sticky". This allows folks with some disabilities to press, for example, the Ctrl key, then the Alt key, and then Del in sequence instead of all at once. Same with the Fn key. The sticky feature would let you first press the Fn key, and then the F9 key (for example) and not Fn + F9 at the same time to enable/disable whatever Fn + F9 does with that notebook (it is the touchpad on my Toshiba).

 

Sorry for ignorance. In your instructions you say press X "keys" or W "keys. What do you mean? There is only one letter key.
