    My account was hacked and so after several unhelpful convos with the live chat support over 4 monthsthis ticket was closed with no email follow up? i tried the recovery tool to change the email of the account, but i wasn't thinking and set it to the email account which i setup while working with the live chat support in the first place,its is a Gmail email, but it is tied to a windows account since the email is in effect the account name, what will happen when the recovery is finalized? and there are two accounts with the same email. this is a process where it takes 1 month giving you ti
