    When region is set to Puerto Rico and try to open the Microsoft Store it gives error code: 0x80131500. This problem affect the Microsoft Store since the Windows 10 launch in 2015. It only affect when region is set to Puerto Rico. If you change the region to United States or US Virgin Islands or any other region of the world the issue is resolved. The problem is that many people do not know this and can't use the Microsoft Store because of this issue. This is a urgent problem that need to be resolved so everyone in Puerto Rico could use the Microsoft Store without problems.
