Windows 10: When replying to a notification message, how to send by pressing the Enter key?

I get notifications from apps like WhatsApp of Phone Link. The notification allows me to reply to the message in the notification itself, which is great for quick messages.Since I will type a quick message, I would like to send the message when I press the Enter key, but the notification requires me to hit the send button.Is there a setting that will allow me to use Enter as the send marker?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
