Windows 10: When Software is open some key of the keyboard works when i close the program some keys...

So my friend has this problem you know there is thing called FiveM for GTAV costum servers when he opens that program his L key works on FiveM, Discord, Chrome when he closes the FiveM L key doesn't work anymore so if anyone got same problem or solution pls help us

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

 

Win key (close for apps?)

I don't know of any way within Windows itself, but there is this well respected free open source program called Autohotkey that can do it easily.

You can even pick which Win Key to disable either 'LWin' or 'RWin' found under Modifier Keys in 'List all supported keys' link in this tutorial:
