I run two accounts on this system, both are using a Microsoft account login, with a PIN to unlock. There are no fingerprint readers, or any other login security devices such as a card reader, etc, nor am I using any other Windows hello features, other than a PIN.This is happening with two different systems that access the same two accounts. One desktop running Windows 11 Pro currently 23H2 and a laptop running Windows 11 Home 24H2.This also doesn't happen every time or with any expected reason. I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
