When the windows client for remote app was updated to version from version 1.2.6188 to 1.2.6227 several users reported the issue remote app's was not starting.When using full desktop experience it was working, but when using remote app the client did not show the app but instead stop when windows said 'preparing windows'.When downgrading to version 1.2.6188 we could continue to use remote apps againThe problem we face is that the RAIL app doesn't show at all. We are now still running on version 1.2.6188 to prevent getting into issues again.So for now the users can connect, but preferably we wa

Bionic Client Version

Guys,

Have a question to ask!! I am confused with the various versions of Bionic clients. The one Im runnin on my PC listed in my specs was the one that I downloaded from the WCG site.





But when I open the task manager, WCGmgr.exe and all the 8WU showup with the *32 by their side.

Am I runnin the 64-bit vista client that Im supposed to be runnin?

If not how do I go about changing the clients without damaging the WU in progress??

Unable to access AVD client version on MacBook after successful login.

After signing-in successfully to the remote desktop client to MacBook, users are stuck in black screen for a long period (more than 15 minutes). Issue recently occurs this month (April).

1. Internet speed test for download and upload is 90Mbps+
   
2. Able to access remote desktop environment for windows laptop and remote desktop web version for MacBook.
   
3. Remote desktop version in MacBook is install with the latest version.
   
4. Affected user's profile size are less than 90%.
   

Anyone has encountered this issue? Any help will be great.
