Windows 10: When trying to install desktop programs, I get a 'file system error'

Hello everyone, after I installed Build 10158, I realized that I couldn't install any desktop programs.

I get the 'File system error (-1073741819)' error after I enter UAC.

So I'm supposing this has something to do with UAC..?

EDIT: Managed to spam UAC and disable it (spamming enter and left arrow to open UAC for a very quick second and left arrow to go to yes, and enter to accept) - I can now download programs, but I do not want to keep UAC disabled.

When trying to create a system image I get the message “The backup Failed. There was a failure in creating directory on the backup storage location. (0x8078014B)”.

When I go to ‘Lock Screen’ the only icon in the bottom right corner is the ‘Network Internet Access Icon’.

The left bottom corner has the time & date.

When I click on the icon in the bottom right corner I get the startup screen asking for my password.

The file of directory is corrupted and unreadable. (0x80070570)

[There are 3.06 TB free on the backup disk and the backup size is 137.44 GB]

How can I create a system inage?

I did sfc /scannow got the following message:

How can I fix the corrupt files?
