    The SMTP server rejected the authentication request, as the authentication data is incorrect. Verify that your Username and Password are correct and that the SMTP server supports the specified authentication type Basic. SMTP error code: 535.

    Error saying: There is unsent email in the Outbox!

    Before we proceed, I need more information to help you better.


    • How are you accessing your Email?

    • Are you using Mail app or Outlook client?
    I suggest you to go to Outbox in your email account and check do you have any email in outbox. If you have any email then I suggest you to delete the email and check if it helps.

    Sending emails via Outlook


    Outlook appeared at first to be working perfectly until I tried to send an email. It will not leave the outbox and I get the following message.
    Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem.'
    All tests work fine and it sends an email test with no problem. Just not a real email!
    Please can someone out there help me, it is very frustrating an I am now sorry that I ever upgraded to 10.
    I have checked the default which is correct and I even got a new email address to see if that would work but nothing.

    Emails keep getting stuck in Outbox


    Every time I either reply, forward or send an email, it gets stuck in the Outbox and I cannot send it.
