Windows 10: When turn on PC hotspot, the whole PC no network - because of KB5014699

Hi guys,I noticed an issue about Windows update KB5014699 on Windows10.Recent days, when I turn on PC hotspot, the whole PC has no network.Once I turn off hotspot from my PC, PC network back to normal.Environment:Windows10Network cable plug into my desktop PCI've been turned on my PC hotspot in past few years, never happen issue like this, until recent 1 month.When the first time this issue happened, I did below troubleshooting:1. Restart2. Network Reset in Windows settings3. Plug out-in network cable4. Ask my network vendor to restart my home network lineAll above doesn't workI've searched on

Error "The wifi network .... didn't respond" when using PC as mobile hotspot

When my PC has a cellular data connection, I want to turn it into a mobile hotspot to share my connection with other devices.

To do this I follow these steps.

• 
  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet
  > Mobile hotspot.
  
• 
  Select Edit, enter a new network name and password, and then select
  Save.
  
• 
  Turn on the control under Mobile hotspot to share your cellular data connection.
  

After that I enter my Password to my nokia lumia 925 phone and try to connect to my new wifi network.

But it says "The wifi network .... didn't respond"

• I enter my password correctly.
• Turn of my wifi in pc

• To connect on the other device, go to the Wi-Fi settings on that device, find your network name, select it, enter the password, and then connect.

How to turn on hotspot on PC from WM10 remotly

I've been trying to turn on hotspot remotely on my PC (Thinkpad T540p) from my phone Lumia 950. Devices are paired via bluetooth and there is no problem to turn on hotspot manually and connect. What's more there is no problem to turn on hotspot on my phone
from PC remotely and connect but when I try to do that from phone on PC I can't see the entry on the list of available networks.

On both devices I checked "turn on remotely" option. And want to share the internet from my LTE built in modem in the thinkpad.
