When typing shortcut in using applicaiton excel, eclipse, it doen't work. I think other windows program use that shortcut instead.For example, when I type F4 to change absolute cell address like =C4 -> =$C$4, excel doesn't work, instead, windows shell environment host programs windows open. Refeing upload image.How can I fix this problem? I'm so creazy..

Decktop Shortcuts to Excel files don't work since Windows update

Hi,

An outdated Office program is one of the possible reasons why you’re unable to open desktop shortcut Excel files. Since you’ve updated your Windows operating system, we suggest that you install an Office update as well. This is for us to further isolate
the concern. To do so, open Word > File >
Account > under Product information > choose Update Options >

Uninstal Eclipse IDE

Hello, I've installed Eclipse IDE (c/c++) since I'm doing a short training in 'C'.

The problem is that it doesn't work and Codeblocks works fine, so I want to uninstall Eclipse,

but it doesn't appear in the programs list and there isn't any uninstall option in the program.

Can anybody tell me how to uninstall Eclipse ?

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
