I was having no problem downloading pictures to Ebay and suddenly when adding a picture to download my computer goes to files and documents instead of my pictures. I haven't been able to download to edit or list any items. Cannot figure out what was changed or how to fix this problem. I would appreciate any help. * Moved from Community Center

Hi Dee,

For us to better assist you with this issue, we would like to ask the following questions:

• What browser did you use when uploading photos in Ebay?
• From which location are you trying to upload the photos?
• Are the photos saved on the Pictures folder, or on the desktop?

To isolate this problem, we suggest using a different browser in uploading the photos. If the photos are saved on the desktop, moved it in the Pictures folder and try uploading again.

Opening pictures to download to Ebay listing.

My computer is going to my documents instead of pictures when trying to download to Ebay. If I go to pictures and find the item needed, I cannot open to Ebay. I never had a problem before. I am using the same browser. I haven't changed anything on my computer (knowingly) Help is greatly appreciated.

 

Uploading pictures from my Android to my Ebay ads

Hello. I have an Ebay business and I recently got a new phone. After syncing this phone with my PC, my pictures for my Ebay ads will not automatically upload from my phone to my PC. They use to always do it that way. Any suggestions?
