When user has upgraded to windows 10 and Manufacturer's website has drivers and software...

Manufacturer's release their laptop with Windows Version 8.1 ,8 ,Vista ,7 preinstalled on it , and when User's want to upgrade their computer to Windows 10 they can download from Microsoft website by purchasing the subscriptions.

The questing here is if they want to download any drivers for their windows 10 computer , Where and how can they download ?

As the Manufacturer website is only having drivers till windows 8.1 .

    Example :

Hp pavilion DV7 comes with OS till Win 8.1 but user has upgraded to windows 10

Having issue with ethernet connection , it's intermittent

No drivers were found in device manager

    How will you help ?

    Also Toshiba Satellite P105 S6147

Needs a BIOS update but not available for windows 10 as the support is available only till windows 8

    :)

  2. Upgrading to Windows 10 from windows 7 and losing internet connection

A couple of days ago I upgraded my desktop to windows 10 after getting one of those MS prompts. However now I cannot access the internet and suspect the drivers from the Gigabyte GA-MA790X-ud4 motherboard does not support the internet drivers required. Searching the manufacturers website has not given me any joy either. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

  3. Windows 10 Video Driver Problem: <window video driver for windows 8(r) has stopped responding and has recovered>

    Hello Gilles,

The above mentioned steps are not to re-install Windows 10. It is to fix corrupt files in the operating system, if any. It is to make sure the files of the operating system are not corrupt.

And once you are done with startup repair, you may update the graphics driver and check if it helps.

Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Graphics Card
    Drivers

    • Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
    • Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
    • Search for the Graphics Card
from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers
      from the computer.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.

Update Driver Software from the Manufacturer’s website:

Step 2: Go to the Computer or Graphics Card
manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the
Graphics Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.

I hope this helps you. If you have any further query in future, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help you.

    Thank you.
