Windows 10: When using the multi desktop feature in windows 11 how do you open sticky notes on multiple...

I am using multiple desktops to organise my work spaces and found I can only have sticky notes open on one desktop. If I try to open them from another desktop it just switches to the desktop with it open rather than opening another instance.

  When you say “multiple desktops for different users” are you referring to multiple desktop on single user account or you are unable to open Sticky notes on a particular user account?
  

If you have created multiple desktop using the task view on a user account, and if you try to open Sticky notes on the second desktop it’s by design it will automatically open the sticky notes on desktop 1.

Sticky Note Missing

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.

New features of Sticky Notes are not available

To get better clarity on the issue, kindly answer the questions below:

What is the device that you are using?

Are you getting any error message upon creating Sticky notes?

The Windows Ink feature is available for devices that have Touchscreen capability. The sticky note is just a feature of Windows Ink. For you to enable Cortana insight on your Sticky note, kindly follow the steps below:

• Open Sticky Notes.
• Click on the
  
  
  Menu button.
• Select Settings icon.
• Turn on enable insight.

Once setup is done, you can now use the Cortana insight for Sticky note. everything you type or write on your Sticky note will be recognized by Cortana. To do this, follow these steps:

• Open Sticky note.
• Write or type a reminder.
• Click on the Blue text.

• Set up some details such as Time, Date and how many times would you like to be reminded.
