Windows 10: When using the "start up menu", why couldn't the pc "find" my usb flash driverecovery win...

I have windows 10 all updated and wanted to correct an issue with my rummy game. I had stupidly been attempting to do a clean boot all in an effort to correct/fix an issue with one of my games. I was following my printed out instructions on how to do it and saw the word reboot, when I should not of, and rebooted . The pc restarted and asked for my password, and upon entering my 4 digit password--it WASN'T accepted. I don't remember my previous letters or numbers that was my previous password. And, having two alternate methods of recovery went out the window because my 4 digit code was not

Calendar app doesn`t start. The app icon in Start Menu flash

Since yesterday I can`t start the Calendar app. The icons on start menu flash between top half blurred or underlined. The Mail app icon flashes in the same way.
The attached icon to start menu is blurred too with an exclamation mark in down right corner.
I can`t start the app from anywhere. The app cannot be reinstalled.

What that mean and what supposed to do to fix it.

Copying movie to Flash Drive

One way on how to save and move files to a flash drive is by using the File Explorer in Windows 10. To assist you with your concern, to save your movie file to a flash drive, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Connect your USB flash drive to your PC.
• Navigate to the folder or location where you save your movie files.
• Right-click on the movie file and select
  Copy.
• Right-click on the Start menu, and select
  File Explorer.
• On the left-pane, double-click on This PC.
• Double-click on the drive letter that correspond to your USB flash drive.
• Right-click and select Paste.
• Wait for the process to complete the transfer.
• Once you’re done, you can safely remove your USB flash drive.
