    When VBScript will be updated?


    Today I wanted to create an application in VBScript.When I created it I saw the text messages that the program launched, but I realized that the buttons are not updated from Windows 95 and the icons are not updated from Windows 7. This lack of modernization in VBScript is found in Windows 8 onwards, Including Windows 11.I would like to know when they are going to update this program.

    vbscript bug in 1607 and later

    I tested with a fresh install of Build 14303.3.0 in a VM and the vbscript code worked.

    I then did a Windows update to 14303.3.969 from 14303.3.0 and now the same vbscript fails! So
    KB4015438 has broken vbscript!!
