    When will Microsoft add the new toolbar function back? It's kind of like a quick launch...


    I have one folder on my computer with layers of multiple folders that I use all the time every day. With every Windows upgrade, I have always added the folder back to the bottom toolbar. It makes getting to my files much quicker.All I had to do was click on the folder name on the toolbar and I would see all my first layer folders and files. These would appear directly above my folder toolbar in a nice thin window. Then, I would hover over the folder I need to look in and it would cascade open and I would see all folders and files within that folder while still being able to see the first win
