When will MicroSoft fix the issue with windows 10 re-enabling sound devices?

Ok, I'm using the high definition audio speakers. I have 2 LG monitors that also have sound output but I don't use that. By sound output they have a place to plug speakers in.

I set the default to the high definition. And windows 10 keeps changing it to the LG monitor which of the two seems to be random.
I disabled the audio on the monitors and it windows 10 will re-enable them and then select one again.

Seriously, this problems existed for years. When will your developers get off their rear and fix this problem.
Removing the audio for monitors from the device manager works for a short time and windows decides it will reinstall drivers and force the device to be enabled and set to default again.

The system should never think it is smarter than the user is stuff like this. Create a stupid file on the system that says hey this was selected by the user. Don't change the **** unless the user says to do so or the hardware changed.

My guess is the issue is caused by the way windows looks for new hardware and devices and doesn't bother to check settings or fully wait for "ALL" relevant drivers to be loaded. My guess is because of the palatalization of the start process. Every so often the the driver loading doesn't complete before the hardware check happens thus the hardware systems doesn't see there is a selected device that is valid and so looks for new hardware and selects the first it finds.

    :)
