    When will Microsoft take support seriously and fix the abysmal service currently offered?


    I have been trying to fix quite a simple issue for over a year now because everytime I bring it up to Microsoft they say that they will get back to me within 72 hours then they close the ticket without resolving my issue. I cannot call them because the automated message always comes back around to hanging up on you. I just want to talk to someone about my issue but cannot. I tried calling to make a complaint, only to be hung up on by the automated messages. I tried going online to make a complaint but kept just being redirected to the support page. I tried asking a member of the community but

Seriously?!: My 92 year old grandfather was forced to make an outlook account to install windows 10. he purchased a brand new machine with a brand new windows 10 license, and mistyped his password. I setup our account to email me for recovery issues.. We've tried multiple times to reset...
