Windows 10: When will split screen come to windows 10 Minecraft

I’ve been waiting for this update for 1 year I’m tired of waiting. If the update comes within this year I will buy a new Xbox controller. Please add this to windows Minecraft.

Split screen

When I go to a split screen view in Windows 10, one of the screens will stop working and/or not respond. For example, if I have a video playing and split screens, the video will stop running but the sound will continue. Another example is that I will
try to use a newly opened screen in split view and the page will not respond. Any suggestions or help?

 

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
