Windows 10: when will the intel core i7 6500U be able to upgrade to windows 11

because why would the company make a system that the majority of people use and tell us that we are unable to upgrade to windows 11

Windows 11 on Intel Core i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz

My Dell Inspiron 13-7359 notebook PC has all the hardware and software required for Windows 11, except the Intel Core i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz. When is Microsoft going to support Windows 11 on the Intel Core i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50 Ghz?

Intel®Core™i7-6500U is listed among the compatible processors, but the Health Check says that it is not upgradable to Windows 11.

So why am l not able to uprade to Windows 11 if it is listed among the supported processors?

Windows 11 Accessibility with Intel Core i7-6500U

Hello, I just used the PC Health Check app and it said that my computer was not available for the new Windows update. I got two errors, one I can fix though. It said that my computer didn't have Secure Boot enabled, which I will enable eventually, and that my processer wasn't meeting the minimum requirements. I am using a computer with an Intel Core i7-6500U processer. The laptop is 2 years old and meets all other requirements. Why is this processer not included in the list of processers that can receive the Windows 11 upgrade?
