    Hello.This is ridiculous, DWM.exe has cost me a lot of work and time to the point that It was easier for me to install fedora and then use KVM with Windows 7 to keep going because my native Windows system is instable.This is an issue that me and many, many others users have reported for now years.DWM.exe is a resource hog, going as high as 100% GPU usage for no reason.Before you DARE to give me that generic response, yes this happens with a new installation, yes I have ran every antimalware under the sun and no it is not my system, I got a response from your support team acknowledging you have

    Please provide us more information to help you better:


    • Which application exe you are trying to install?

    • From where (source) you have downloaded the exe file?

    • Did you check in the task manager if it is running in the background?

    • What was the issue that you are facing before which you made you to run the troubleshooting steps?

    I suggest you to check that your PC meets the system requirements for the exe file to run.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
