Windows 10: When will the Microsoft store be fixed?

Im having issues with 2 different installations of Forza 7 on 2 different physical drives. I have just opened a new topic for this single one, but one of em crashed my PC half way through the installation and i cant figure out how to either resume or restart the download. The other installation launches and runs perfectly but the game wont make up its mind on using the controller as it keeps switching between it and keyboard up to a few times per second. So its completely unplayable.


I cant download the game directly from the microsoft store caus its telling me to buy it again. I can only access to my purchased games from the confirmation mail.


All of this trouble is only coming from another of my windows 10 which corrupted a while back, just like my brother's did by the way.


And all of this is especially frustrating considering i just broke my right pinky finger so using a mouse or keyboard is really hard and it hurts.


I paid a hundred box for that game and i cant even play it. Seriously. I cant take this **** anymore. Why wont Microsoft fix their darn products?

I understand how it could be when the applications doesn’t work as they are supposed to. We will look into this. However, please reply to the following questions to help you in a better way:

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.
