I have posted this in reply to a post about a user experiencing similar issues and who reported as at 10 April that this is an issue known to Microsoft. Here is how it affects me:On my PC start Windows 11 has no taskbar and not because it is on hide.If you bring your cursor towards the taskbar an hourglass appearsRebooting the computer sometimes brings back the taskbar. As soon as you do anything meaningful the taskbar disappears.You cannot run the cmd function with administrator privilegesWhen the taskbar is missing running of cmd via Task Manager with administrator privileges works. First step isn't right click. The download is a zip file. The program is portable.



If you can't even run that, and given other issues, and the length of this thread, and if an in-place upgrade repair install won't help, suggest you're looking at a clean install.
