Windows 10: When will windows have dictation for the Hebrew language?

I need dictation for the Hebrew language, but it isn't available on window 11. I have one computer with windows 10 and it supports Hebrew but the other computer with windows 10 does not support the Hebrew dictation. I'm not sure why that is but would love to have it available if I'm going to upgrade to windows 11. Any info would help.

Let’s try simple steps and check is this helps. Follow the below step.

• 
  Go to the settings and click on
  Time & Language.
  
• 
  Click on Region & language and click on
  Add a language.
  
• Select Hebrew, let the language pack install, click on the
  Hebrew Language pack and click Set as default.

To remove the Hebrew US keyboard follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows + I key on the keyboard to open Settings.
   
2. Click on Time & Language.
   
3. Click on Region & Language.
   
4. Click on Hebrew language.
   
5. Look for the Hebrew US keyboard.
   
6. Click on the Hebrew US keyboard and select
   Remove.

Not able to set Hebrew as the display language ("Set as default" button is disabled)

There's a possibility that this issue is being caused by an improper or incomplete language pack installation.

To isolate the issue, we recommend following the steps below to make sure that the Hebrew language pack is already installed:

• Go to Settings.
• Select System, then choose Apps & features.
• Click Manage optional features.
• See if Hebrew language pack is already installed. If not, click Add a Feature.
• Install the necessary language (including text-to-speech and speech recognition).
• Once done, go back to the Settings window and select
  Time & language.
• Choose Region & language and see if you can set Hebrew as the default language on your device.
