    Have 12 but only see 8?

    I have 12 gig ram on my pc but only see 8 listed in Win 7 even with dxdiag. which is odd or isnt it?

    The start menu won't come up

    Hi Sean,

    We suggest you to run this command and check.

    • Press Win + X keys on the keyboard and select
      Command Prompt(Admin).
    • Type Sfc /scannow. Once the scan is done try the next step.
    • Type or copy, paste the command in the command prompt DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
      and hit Enter.
    • Restart the computer and check.
