Windows 10: When you leave the insider program, Does your OS rolls back to stable version or it waits...

I recently became windows insider to see if "desktop spotlight"very excited for this feature is available to insiders now. It isn't, so i left Insider program, now I'm not sure if I'm still on Beta version of windows or on stable windows, Or do i have to wait till next public update arrives? I didn't see windows rolling back when i left the program. A friend of mine told me that i will have to reinstall the windows again to get stable version again, which i don't want but i will have to do it if i have to. My windows version is 21H1 and OS build is 19043.962, plus, any idea how long will it

:)

 

Can't leave insider program

If you wish to leave the insider program you have to roll back to the release version 10240 then go to settings. You are on an insider build you cant leave insiders until you are not

   Windows Insider.
   
2. Click on the Leave program link at the bottom of the resulting page.
   
3. Then follow on screen instructions.

Stop Insider Versions

Hi garaliuoctavian

You have turned that button on, that means you have chosen to leave the Insider program.

While it used to be the case, your system would then roll back to the last stable release, that is no longer the case, it is only when the next major release of WIndows 10 is released to the public at the end of April, then you will be put on that version and
finally have left the insider program . . .
