whenever an application is launched, game bar errors out and gives a message "this app cannot open." Despite this the application launches. Ive tried to uninstall game bar, is there a way to fully disable it.

Thank you 3nd, I've checked all and it still doesn't work. I went ahead with OBS. It's not "simple" to use but I've found several sites for "how to" that I will learn from. Really appreciate all the input Denise
