  1. Whenever I add network locations on my PC, it won't let me save to my hard drive

I sometimes use my personal computer for work. I have a VPN installed Global Protect and then mapped my network drives. After doing that, I cannot save a new Word document. Once I click "save" it keeps looking for a network drive to connect. It won't let me connect/save to my PC. It just hangs and then I have to use Task Manager to close Word.

Is there a place where I can set my default Save settings to my PC, rather than having it search for a network to which I'm not even connected to?

    :)

hard drive full, but can<t find the item to erase

Windows 10 has the option to change the storage location. We suggest that you change the storage location so you can still use your hard drive instead of using the SSD. Kindly follow the steps below on how to change the storage location:

    • On the Search bar, type in storage and select the top most result.
    • On the Storage screen, change the location of each options to your desired hard drive. The files will now be saved on the specific hard drive.

  3. Tweaking Save Menu to show "Network" as a save location?

I would like to save files to a Network location, but as you can see only "This PC" / Drives show up in the "Save menu" . I have already contacted the particular software's manufacturers and they told me its a Windows issue not a "this Software" issue. I have also tried making a shortcut to the location on the C: drive, but shortcuts also don't show up. Is there any way to have Network appear in this list? Maybe a registry tweak or something? Please and thank you
