    Whenever I connect my Kotion each g2000 with USB it my laptop turns off

    Whenever I connect my Kotion each g2000 with USB for the LED it my laptop turns off, when i connect my 3.5mm jack ican hear the audio but for my LED i need to connect my USB , but when i do that my laptop suddenly turns off. Why???

    I have same problem kotion each g2000 is not detected using usb and only light blow when i connect the usb but speaker and mic is not working

    I have a new Kotion Each G2000 Headset for USB, The port will not see it, I have tried upgrading the driver but no change. I have tried all different configuration with no change. The USB port does not see the headset. any suggestions?. I am on Windows 10.
