Unable to connect to Wireless Sony Headphones

We need a little more information to help you resolve your issues. Please provide the manufacturer and model of your Windows Phone, your service provider, and the model name/number of your Sony headphones.

Some other thoughts is to insure that if the Sony Wireless Headphones are Bluetooth, insure Bluetooth is on and you've completed the pairing process. Settings => Bluetooth => On

Also, check to see if your Sony Wireless Headphones are NOT Bluetooth, as they might need a special dongle to connect and might not be appropriate to use with Windows Phone.
