Windows 10: Whenever I get on certain games, they go the second monitor

Whenever i open certain games they open on my second monitor, but when i go to change the monitor, my main one isnt detected. Which is strange cause it doesnt do it with some games. This started happening right after i got a new huion tablet, the huion kamvas 22. No clue if its related, because I had another smaller huion drawing tablet before. How to stop all the main screen icons moving to second monitor (Windows10) ?

This can be a default when opening a game to maximize the functionality of having two monitors. To clarify the issue, we need additional information:

• When you close the game, do the icons go back to the main display or does it stays on the second monitor?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Issues while installing a second monitor in Windows 10

Really? I get a canned answer and nothing else? I posted that I had tried everything that I could find posted online. I did read the post that Andre suggested multiple times prior to posting this request for help. None of it helped.

My computer does not recognize that there is a second monitor is plugged in. The small step of changing the settings so I can put stuff on the second monitor ISN'T the issue. I am not that dumb. in the device manager there is only the single monitor listed
at one point there was a unknown device listed but my computer did not know if it was a monitor or a printer.

There has to be someone out there that knows how to fix this
