Whenever I login from startup and try to press the windows key, the screen flashes and refreshes. Also on that same startup I highlight the taskbar, but there's a blue wheel of death. Usually restarting File Explorer in Task Manager works, but I don't want to keep going to that hassle every time. I've tried to boot in safe mode, but the problem doesn't occur there.


Please help!!

Startup issues since upgrading to Win 10

I understand your concern and would suggest you to try performing "Startup Repair" and check if that helps. Here is the steps:

• Press and hold Shift key and click on Restart from login screen.
• Click on Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced Options.
• Select Startup Repair and follow the on screen instructions.

Login screen isn’t displayed

For us to know more about this concern, please answer the following questions:

• Is there any changes made prior to this issue? Have you installed an app or an update?
• Since you mentioned that you've tried everything, may I know what steps you did so far?

In this particular case, we suggest that you boot your device to Safe Mode. To do so, please do the following:

• On the login screen, click on the Power options and hold the Shift key and click on Restart. This will load Advanced Startup or Windows Recovery Environment.
• In the Windows Recovery Environment, click on the Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• After the restart, you will see a list of boot options. Press a dedicated key for
  Safe mode with Network. In this case, you should see the login screen and enter Safe mode.
• To disable Safe mode, press Windows key + R and type
  msconfig and hit Enter.
• Under System Configuration, click the Boot
  tab and untick Safe mode. Click Apply and
  Ok to boot your device to normal mode.

Booting without press any key

I use a toshiba laptop , at startup can not be readily loading into Windows 8 , so it has to press any key emerging loading . How to overcome in order to loading without press ?
