Windows 10: Whenever I open any browser for the first time in a while, it closes for 1 second then...

I thought it was a Firefox problem and made a thread about it--and thought it solved--but the problem recurs. I noticed today it happens with Internet Explorer and with Chrome as well.

Almost a dozen times now, I'm working in Photoshop, open Firefox, and begin typing in its browser bar; only for Firefox to quit for 1 second. The keys I had typed then register as shortcuts in Photoshop, screwing up my work. Then Firefox opens again and stays open. It's like Lucy with her damn football. I feel like Charlie Brown.

I wouldn't be as pissed if it would happen every time; instead, whenever I try to replicate this bug, it doesn't happen. It only does it after I haven't used [the browser] in [over ~30 minutes].

Virus scan didn't find anything. To be clear, it happens whether or not Photoshop is open. Again, this is happening with Chrome and IE too. It doesn't happen with any Adobe products, nor does it happen with Blender. What is the common thread between specifically internet browsers that is causing this to occur?

Windows Store opens for a couple second and then closes.

I tried all suggestions and still no luck. Even creating a new user account didn't work. Try to open Microsoft store in new account, and it opens for a second and closes.

A few times the computer crashed and i received the Stop Code: BAD_POOL_CALLER
