Windows 10: whenever i reset an app in windows, it stops working

pretty self explanatory, have done this to both the xbox app and the microsoft store. windows update has the error code 0x80073701.I DO NOT WANT TO REINSTALL WINDOWS FOR THE THIRD TIME!

Windows 10 Apps from the store wont download

• Do you face this issue only with these apps?
• Did you try downloading other apps?
• Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search
  box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

My apps stopped working - Dell 7559

It seems that my skype and my AC app (teaching app) is no longer working. They keep on crashing after 1 min or even 30 minutes of usage. I've updated my driver and still has the same problem. I even reinstalled my windows (reset) and the problem still persist. I need help ... If my driver is corrupt, which one is responsible for this?

There may be several reasons why an application will stop working. To assist you better with this concern, we would like to know if there were any updates installed prior to this happening. Since you've already ran the troubleshooter and gave you that message,
we suggest you to clear the cache of your Windows Store. Here are the steps:

• Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
• Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.
• Note: The WSReset tool resets the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.
• The Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will
  automatically close when the Store cache has been reset.
