Windows 10: Whenever I stream my video brightness is low Even though I increase brightness. it will...

Like if my brightness is 100% it will be 100% for me. Perfectly 100% 500 Nits. But for ppl who is watching my stream. For them it's still low. No matter what changes I do in my brightness it's only changing for me. But not in stream. This is so annoying. Not only in stream even if I record any video I will get same problem I don't know what's going on and how to fix it

Brightness Locked on Low

I dropped my laptop, and it hit the floor not that hard. I opened my laptop to see if there where any cracks on my screen, lucky there wasn't, but instead my laptop brightness was stuck on low. I could barely see anything, I tried increasing the brightness, but it said that it was on 100% brightness. I restarted my laptop, but nothing changed.
