Whenever I tried to enter password on windows 11 lock screen on my Dell latitude e7470 it just turn off. Any suggestions?

I bought 2 dell latitude e7470 broken screen no hdd no ssd . Guess no os I got os recovery downloading windows 7 pro 64 from dell but will it work I'm planning on plugging usb in . Then f12 I believe. Not sure I'm a noob. Any help thank you for your time . Plus one e7470 on dell startup symbol say prop of Gilead ait. Wonder how to get rid of that . I bought it on ebay . I got no idea

Its dell latitude e7470 no os was broke no screen ram ssd . No battery . I have replaced them got dell os download .put it in e7470. Now it says use installation disc with windows. Only usb ports so I'm guessing windows 7 pro .usb from dell . Any help thank you.

1. If it has a broken screen, how do you know it would even turn on.

2. If it has no hard drive, no matter what you put on a USB disk, there is nothing to install what Dell gave you onto.

3. Windows 7 preinstalled operating systems, which a Dell machine uses, was not designed to use external USB devices to Boot into Windows 7.

Windows 7 OEM preinstalled is designed to be installed on an internal hard drive or SSD
