Windows 10: whenever I try to change any site bindings, getting an error : Cannot write configuration file.

whenever I try to change any site bindings I get the error below:Filename: \\?\C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.configError: Cannot write configuration file1. The disk space is enough.2.checked the permissions on the applicationHost.config file, no problem with that too.Would like to know what is the problem and fix for this!

writing configuration files in php?

Anyone know how to write configuration files in PHP?

I have though of a few ways, but non work really well.

Basically, I just want to write variables and values, to be used by a PHP app for its configuration.

For example

have a webui where the user says that they want "white" to be a background color, and "blue" be the text color. So they click on submit, and the PHP script opens config.php, and writes the following to it...

$bgcolor = "white";
$textcolor = "blue";

Write errors.

Both my F3 and F4 get write errors after copying lots of files, worse when its a bunch of small files. Samsung won't take them cause they're all like to hell with smart data, if nothing shows up in their es tool it doesn't matter to them. This is across motherboards and with different cables. I flashed the F4 to fix it's known write error issue (didn't help) and my WD black has had no errors. So it seems the issue, if there is one, is with the drives themselves. Should I ignore this or not? There's no reallocated sectors, no files have become faulty that I know of, and I've been told it doesn't matter cause write errors are corrected. Still bugs me though cause I've really abused my main WD drives and they never get write errors, but apparently this is insanely common with samsung.

 

PCR7 Configuration Binding Not Possible

I've got Windows 10 Home, Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363. I haven't been having any specific problems, but tonight I looked at my System Information and on the Summary page I noticed a couple of entries that I really don't understand.

• PCR7 Configuration Binding Not Possible
• Device Encryption Support Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not Modern Standby, Un-allowed DMA capable bus/device(s) detected

Do I have a problem that I'm unaware of? Should I be concerned? What do I do to fix it if necessary? Would appreciate some expert guidance here. Thanks.
