The problem occurred 2 days ago, I tried to enter Whiteboard as I usually do for studying, and it said that I need to connect my account which I did, but then it said that I have an internet issue so I looked it up on google and tried other platforms as well , whenever I try to connect to my account it won't load and I have "login.live.com" massage, as attached here. I use Whiteboard on a daily basis so i would really appreciate help, thanks

• Are you able to login to the same account using web browser?
• What is the exact error message?

I suggest you to reset the Microsoft account password once and check if it helps.

You can't sign in to your Microsoft account

Building a Web Page Help

I am building a web page for my store and i admit its not my strong point. I have used Dreamweaver CS4 and the site when uploaded to the server does not show the frames i used to design the web page.

Any suggestions?

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
